Terrenaissance (from ‘Terre’ - Earth and ‘Renaissance’ - reawakening) is the first act of its generation to compose and perform totally acoustic music spanning the wide range of languages, oral artforms and vocal styles that co-exist in the Caribbean. The band's sound emerged through open‐air jam sessions, tapping into inspiration from the natural world as well as the influence of varied pioneers.
